Kiki’s Tax & Bookkeeping Services, Inc. was founded by Kylie (Kiki) Skattebo, who serves as the President and CEO. Kylie is a California Licensed CTEC tax preparer and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, bringing a wealth of expertise in both tax preparation and bookkeeping services. Under her leadership, our firm stays ahead of the latest tax laws and accounting technologies to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Kylie (Kiki) Skattebo
President & CEO
Is a highly experienced tax preparer and bookkeeping professional with over two decades of expertise. As a California Licensed CTEC tax preparer since 2003, she has an extensive understanding of tax laws and strategies to help clients optimize their deductions and reduce tax liabilities. Additionally, as a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Kylie integrates bookkeeping and tax services to offer clients seamless financial management.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kylie is a devoted mother to two wonderful children—Maddie (18) and Anthony (9). She also has a beloved furbaby, Bruce, a 3-year-old bluenose pitbull, the biggest, most loveable companion. When she’s not working, Kylie enjoys spending time with family and friends, indulging in her passion for cooking and baking, and taking road trips or camping adventures.
Rosa Ramos
Vice President
Is a skilled tax and bookkeeping professional with nearly a decade of experience in financial services. She joined Kylie’s team in 2022, where her dedication and expertise quickly earned her a full-time role. In 2024, she achieved a major career milestone by obtaining her Tax License, reflecting her commitment to excellence and professional growth.
Outside of her career, Rosa is a proud mother to her two children, Angelo (4) and Aleiayah (3). She cherishes creating meaningful memories with them through nature walks, road trips, and family activities. A passionate Disney enthusiast, Rosa blends her love for work with her dedication to family, finding joy in life’s magical moments and shared adventures.
Vira Ramos
Office Manager
Proudly serves as a Tax Administrative Assistant at Kiki’s Tax and Bookkeeping Services, where she combines expertise and dedication to help clients achieve financial success.
Vira earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations and Marketing from Sacramento State University. She began her career with the State of California as a Tax Representative specializing in special taxes, gaining invaluable experience that paved the way for her successful entrepreneurial ventures, including owning and operating multiple businesses.
Outside of work, Vira’s greatest joy is being a mother to her energetic and curious 3-year-old son, Jaleb. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations, and experimenting with creative flavors in the kitchen.
